TUESDAY:

  • Conference registration open 7:00am-8pm
  • Welcome Reception – First chance to meet and network with professionals (6:00 – 8:00pm)*

WEDNESDAY:

  • Breakfast Roundtable (Starts promptly at 7:30am) *
  • Visit the Student Affairs table in the Exhibit Hall – especially if any time you have questions!
  • Concurrent Sessions! Attend at least one, if not more, concurrent sessions on topics that interest you. Feel free to switch sessions between presenters. (12:40 – 5:50pm)
  • Publishing Papers and Peer Review Workshop (8:00 – 10:00am)
  • How *Not* to Give a Scientific Presentation (1:00 – 2:00pm)
  • Members Banquet/Awards (7:00 – 10:00pm)*

THURSDAY:

  • Concurrent Sessions (8:10am – 12:20pm)
  • Resume Workshop: A Beginner’s Guide: The Basics of a Resume, C.V., and Interview Skills (10:30am – 12:30pm)
  • Plenary Session: Communicating Science (1:30 – 3:00pm)
  • Member Engagement Committee Meetings (3:15 – 4:15pm)
  • Poster Viewing – see what other wildlife students and professionals are researching at the Poster Session (6:00 – 8:00pm)
  • Chapter Meetings – Meet professionals that live near you (8:00 – 9:30pm)
